Win a Custom Hand-drawn Avatar in Hegemony III!
Calling all generals! Share with us your tales of victory and conquest for a chance to win a custom portrait
included in Hegemony III. Send us a link to your Hegemony Let's Plays, blogs, game diaries, after-action reports, fan art,
reviews or other long-form posts and help us spread the word about Hegemony. Each player who submits a qualifying
post along with a profile selfie and faction preference (Gallic, Roman, Etruscan or Greek) will be entered into a
draw and at the end of the month we'll randomly select half a dozen (6) entries to have a custom portrait drawn by
Longbow artists to be included in the final release of Hegemony III.
Please read all of the rules below before submitting an entry. The contest is open until 11:59PM EST on June 30th, 2015.
Rules
Eligibility
This contest is open to players from around the world as long as you are a legal adult in your country of residence
i.e. 18 or older in Canada/USA.
Submissions
Not all entries are guaranteed to be accepted. Longbow Games reserves the right to reject entries for any reason
including, but not limited to, the submission rules listed below:

All entries must be e-mailed to rob@longbowgames.com and received by
11:59PM EST on June 30th, 2015.

We are looking for creative or editorial content in the form of a video, image or text about the Hegemony games,
short posts such as tweets, questions or comments do not qualify.

Only links to publicly posted content will be accepted. With the exception of the profile photo, do not send content to us directly.

The content of the submission must pertain to the Hegemony series of historical wargames by Longbow Games including:
Hegemony: Philip of Macedon, Hegemony Gold: Wars of Ancient Greece, Hegemony Rome: The Rise of Caesar or Hegemony III:
Clash of the Ancients.

No vulgar or harassing content will be accepted.

The player must be the primary creator of the content submitted and have legal rights for its distribution.

Only one qualifying entry will be accepted per player.

Each submission must include an attached digital photo taken of the player's head in profile for use as reference for the portrait.

Each submission may optionally include a preference for which faction the player would like to be drawn as: Gallic, Roman, Etruscan
or Greek. Longbow reserves the right to change this preference in order to balance the variety of portraits available in the game.
Contest Selection

Within seven (7) days of the close of the contest, Longbow Games will randomly select six (6) entries from the pool of qualified
submissions and notify them by e-mail.

Winners may be required to sign an affidavit of eligibility and a release to use their likeness in Longbow Games' products and promotions.

Upon confirmation of their win, a Longbow Games artist will create a 2D portrait of the player in the style of Hegemony III using
the sent reference picture.

The resulting digital portrait will be included as an available character portrait in the final release of Hegmony III: Clash of the Ancients.

If time and resources permit, Longbow Games reserves the right to select additional entries and, upon notification to the winners,
create further 2D portraits for inclusion in the game.
Rights and Ownership
The author of a winning entry agrees to grant Longbow Games a perpetual right to use, modify, and redistribute the portrait created
by Longbow Games royalty-free in any version of Hegemony III and any other Longbow Games products or promotions as they see fit.
Rules Modifications
Longbow Games reserves the right to modify any or all of these rules at its discretion.
Cancellation
Longbow Games reserves the right to cancel the contest in the event it does not receive at least six (6) qualifying submissions.
